Join us this May for an informative session tailored for international students navigating their future in the U.S. job market. Taking place at the Manhattan offices of Fragomen Law Firm, one of the world’s premier immigration firms, this event will offer a practical overview of key pathways to live and work in the U.S. after graduation.

Attorneys from Fragomen will walk through essential visa options, including OPT, startup H-1Bs, E-2, EB-5, O-1, and EB-1. They’ll break down how each pathway works, who may be eligible, and important considerations for planning ahead.

Whether you’re looking to gain short-term work experience or thinking more long-term about building a future in the U.S., this session is designed to help you better understand your options and next steps.

The program will also include time for questions, as well as opportunities to connect with fellow attendees over light refreshments.

Fulbright Visit to the Museum of the City of New York

Join us for an engaging visit to the Museum of the City of New York, where we will explore the rich and complex history of New York City. This special outing is designed for Fulbright students to deepen their understanding of the city’s past while connecting it to broader themes of identity, culture, and global exchange.

During our visit, we will spend time with the powerful “Occupied City” exhibition, which examines New York’s pivotal role during the Revolutionary era. Through immersive storytelling and historical artifacts, the exhibit sheds light on the lived experiences of those who navigated the city during a time of conflict, occupation, and transformation.

Following the museum experience, we will gather for dinner as an opportunity to reflect on what we’ve learned and continue building connections with one another. This informal setting will allow for meaningful conversation, shared perspectives, and the strengthening of our Fulbright community.

Whether you are a dedicated foodie, especially interested in one cuisine, or simply looking to make new friends and spend the evening with a group of students, come and partake!

This April, we will be dining at Bersi Ethiopian Restaurant. This Brooklyn restaurant offers plant-based, rich and flavorful traditional Ethiopian cuisine!
