Kick off the New Year on a positive note attending a classical concert of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra at the famous Carnegie Hall!
Founded in 1842 by local musicians, the New York Philharmonic is the oldest symphony orchestra in the United States and one of the oldest in the world. they are returning to Carnegie Hall for live music events and a new season in 2022 after the pandemic related hiatus and you can be among the first to take advantage of these discounted tickets on a student budget! You'll hear Adolphus Hailstork's compelling musical portrait of a port city and a symphony by Sibelius, a Finnish icon in classical music. As the third piece on display, John Adams's jazz-influenced concerto calls on Saxophone soloist Branford Marsali.
