Want to go hiking and check out a small town along the Hudson river?

After riding a scenic train from Grand Central, we’ll walk to the trailhead. The hike will be challenging, depending on your prior experience. It’s around 6 miles and will take roughly 4 hours including breaks. It’s in a wooded area that’s steep at times, so please wear suitable outdoor shoes, long pants, and bring a lot of water. Along our route, we will see ruins of the Cornish Estate and an old abandoned quarry.

Afterwards, we will explore the town of Cold Spring. From quaint antique shops, cafes, and a lovely waterfront, you’ll see all that is has to offer before returning to the city!

Ticket does not include lunch or your train ticket. We encourage you to bring lunch and eat it when we reach the top of the mountain. Happy trails!
