Yuliya Guseva, Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School. Professor Guseva is the Head of the Fintech and Blockchain Program of the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance. Ali Taatian, Ph.D. in Business from Stevens Institute, Senior Associate at KPMG. He is knowledgeable in empirical corporate finance and banking. With more than ten years of work experience in quantitative finance, financial modeling, optimization, and machine learning, he has been actively involved in quantitative finance and financial data science. Our speakers will cover the role of corporate governance in each of their positions, as well as offer some insight into how the rise of cryptocurrency fits in to the topic. There will also be an opportunity for networking with the speakers and other attendees over catered refreshments.

Attending this event is also an opportunity to qualify for a scholarship of up to $750!
