Fulbright Visit to the Museum of the City of New York
June 13 @ 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Free
Join us for an engaging visit to the Museum of the City of New York, where we will explore the rich and complex history of New York City. This special outing is designed for Fulbright students to deepen their understanding of the city’s past while connecting it to broader themes of identity, culture, and global exchange.
During our visit, we will spend time with the powerful “Occupied City” exhibition, which examines New York’s pivotal role during the Revolutionary era. Through immersive storytelling and historical artifacts, the exhibit sheds light on the lived experiences of those who navigated the city during a time of conflict, occupation, and transformation.
Following the museum experience, we will gather for dinner as an opportunity to reflect on what we’ve learned and continue building connections with one another. This informal setting will allow for meaningful conversation, shared perspectives, and the strengthening of our Fulbright community.
